YOT was born from the diverse yet comprehensive experiences in the field of yachting and related services of its two partners/founders.
After working in positions that were sometimes opposing, sometimes synergistic, and in some cases complementary, the two partners understood the potential of working together to offer their clients a comprehensive service.
Moreover, YOT is renowned for tailor-made and personalized solutions, demonstrating flexibility, responsiveness, and efficiency.

Our mission is to help and support our partners in REFIT or SURVEY, making their experience in the yachting world better: less stress, more efficiency, stronger support, and more expertise, thanks to shared and updated working methods.

He has gained extensive experience as a Project Manager in the design, construction, and refit/repair of superyachts, working on a variety of complex projects while collaborating with owners, technical firms, and yacht classification societies, with the objective of interpreting ideas and transforming them into unique yacht designs.
Dr. Alessandro Speziari
Frosio III Coating Inspector
He has established and cultivated a strong reputation as a Superyacht coating Inspector and has gained extensive experience as a consultant/surveyor, providing support to owners, shipyards, and brokerage firms in the superyacht industry, as well as insurance companies.
